General Background

Sophie comes from a generations-old Central Coast family. She attended Terrigal Primary School and Terrigal High School, becoming the Dux of her High School year in 2012.

Sophie then attended Macquarie University where she focused on her broad interests – undertaking a double degree in Law and Psychology. She gained invaluable experience during her studies by completing practical placements, including volunteer placement working with dementia residents as well as several months working with the team at Brazel Moore Lawyers.

In late 2017, Sophie completed a Degree of Bachelor of Arts – Psychology and the Degree of Bachelor of Laws with Honours. In December 2017 Sophie joined the team at Brazel Moore Lawyers and, with diligence and efficiency, concurrently completed her Diploma of Legal Practice.

Sophie was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in May 2018. Sophie has an understanding, honest and practical manner. She is driven by the desire to help others and prides herself on her ability to work with her clients.
