General Background
Amelia attended Macquarie University Sydney where she attained her Bachelor of Social Science and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2017. In 2018, Amelia completed her Diploma of Legal Practice,and was admitted as an Australian Legal Practitioner in the Supreme Court of NSW and in 2019 was admitted as a Solicitor to the High Court of Australia. During her studies, Amelia gained knowledge and experience with practical legal training as a volunteer at the Central Coast Community Legal Centre providing free legal assistance to people in need.
Amelia has since been employed as a Family Lawyer for a Central Coast Law Firm specialising in Family Law including Property Settlement, Childrens’ Orders and Divorce. Amelia is a high achieving Solicitor with superior research and analytical skills. She is committed to making the most of every opportunity to further develop her legal skills and strives to be a valuable member of the community. Amelia’s friendly, down to earth approach allows her to communicate clearly and effectively with her clients relieving the anxiety and stress that can be felt during the family law process. Amelia is a skilled negotiator and works cooperatively with her clients and other Lawyers with a view to obtaining the best outcome for her clients. Amelia joined Brazel Moore Family Lawyers in 2021 as our Family Law Team Leader.
Personal Background and Interests
Born and raised on the Central Coast Amelia likes to spend time enjoying our lovely beaches or curled up with a good book. Away from work Amelia loves nothing more than spending time with family and friends.
