Seminar booking terms and conditions

Free Seminars

Brazel Moore Lawyers seminars are provided free of charge and a booking for attendance at our seminars is required to assist us to manage the numbers attending those seminars.

Seminar cancellation

In the unlikely event that a seminar has to be cancelled Brazel Moore Lawyers will give you as much notice as possible.

Liability

Brazel Moore Lawyers our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees do not accept liability for any damage to you and/or your property arising as a result of attending one of our seminars.
You agree to indemnify and hold Brazel Moore Lawyers our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from and against any claims, demands, proceedings, losses and damages (actual, special and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, regardless of fault.

Use of seminar information

Information provided at our seminars is intended to be general in nature.

You should not act solely based on the information provided to you at our seminars – it is not legal advice and your possession of seminar information does not create a client/lawyer relationship.

Distribution of seminar materials

Brazel Moore Lawyers seminars are intended to give you the opportunity to receive information of a general nature concerning the topic of the seminar. While it is expected that you will talk to people and share some of this information with people during conversations the distribution of seminar information from our seminars for personal gain is strictly prohibited.

Event location

We reserve the right to change the venue of our seminars.

Seminar images

Brazel Moore Lawyers may take photographs and/or video footage at our seminars. We reserve the right to use such photographs and video footage for promotional purposes. If you are attending a seminar and do not wish to be included in any photographs and/or video footage then please email us in advance of that seminar at bml@gosfordlaw.com.au

No other person is authorised to take any photographs or video footage at a Brazel Moore Lawyers seminar without prior written authorisation from Brazel Moore Lawyers. In addition, no marketing or promotional materials may be distributed at a Brazel Moore Lawyers seminar without prior written authorisation. We reserve the right to ask you to leave an event and refuse entry to future events if you violate these terms.
