Have you been the victim of an act of violence or sexual abuse?

Brazel Moore Lawyers assisted a client whom was sexually abused as a teenager to receive the maximum amount of compensation from a Victims Compensation Claim.

In addition, that person is now pursuing a separate claim against the offender and is seeking compensation through the Courts for an amount up to $75,000.00.

If you have been a victim of an act of violence you may be entitled to compensation and also an award for compensation against the offender.  Applications for for this type of Compensation are generally required to be made within two (2) years of the act of violence but that time period may be extended.  A claim against the offender has a time limitation of three (3) years but again the Court may extend that period.

If you wish to pursue a claim you should seek legal advice without delay.
